Kitchen – the kitchen is brand new and is part of the recent extension at the back of the house, looking on to the garden and leading out onto the extensive veranda by the pool. The kitchen includes all the modern appliances and accessories, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, food processor, George Foreman grill, steriliser (for baby bottles). There is a large fridge, a freezer and of course a cooker/oven. The utility room is located next to the kitchen and comprises a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and additional drinks fridge.

Living Room – this is the largest room in the house and comfortably seats large groups together. There is an open log fire for the colder winter months. There is also a TV (with English freeview satellite reception), DVD player and VCR.

‘Snug’ Room – this is a second sitting room which can also be used as a winter dining room or bedroom (using the sofabed).

Veranda – there is a wonderful extensive covered veranda which runs along the back of the house and links onto the patio area around the pool. In the warmer months, the veranda is the perfect place to eat, around the large outdoor dining table.
