Moliets plage is our family favourite and is less than half an hour away by car. Other great Atlantic beaches include Hossegor, Contis, Messanges and Mimizan. All include plenty of sand for the little ones (we provide the buckets and spades!). For older children and adults take the boogie boards for having fun in the waves.

The beaches are also a beautiful destination during the winter months – the water may be a little cold but the views and walks are amazing.
