This is a beautiful seaside resort and active fishing port not far from the Spanish border. The town centre of St Jean de Luz has a medieval background; the principle architecture here is typically Basque, but with a blend of Moorish and Spanish Andalusian influence too. St Jean de Luz also offers a fantastic beach and impressive golf course.
